Your orders within Turkey are shipped via our partnered PTT Cargo or freight depot. For our international customers, orders are shipped either through their preferred logistics company or via DHL air cargo.

How can I make my payment?
You can make the payment for your orders via credit/bank cards, bank transfer, or through delivery payment with the courier company we are partnered with. Once the payment is received in our account, the products will be sent to you.

Which cards can I use?
We understand that payments can be made in different ways, so we accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards, as well as Visa Delta, Electron, Solo, Debit; Maestro bank cards; and American Express and Discover cards via secure online payment methods.
All credit/bank card holders are subject to verification checks and approvals by the card issuer. If your card issuer does not approve the payment for any reason, we will not be able to accept your order.

Bank Transfer
You can also make your payment via bank transfer. Our bank account details are provided below, and you will also see them on the payment screen after selecting 'Bank Transfer' as your payment method. Orders that are not paid will be reserved for you for 3 business days. Once you send us the bank transfer receipt, your products will be reserved in our warehouse for you.

General Return Information

If you wish to return your items because they arrived damaged or unwanted, please make sure to send an email to info@wholeskop.com within 7 days from the delivery date, providing your order number, style number, and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization document, which must be included with the returned items.

For online orders, we can refund the price of the returned product to your Card account or create a credit that can be used on your next order.

Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Products
If the returned items are not in their original condition (unless the items are damaged), the return will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee may apply to unwanted products, excluding damaged or incorrectly sent products.
Please consider the following conditions:

No returns will be accepted for products with removed tags (swing-tags).
Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
We are not responsible for the postage fees for non-defective items.
We are not liable for any loss or damage to returned items held by third parties.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received by us.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment card or as credit in your wholeskop account, which can be used for your next order.
Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect on your account.
Damaged Products
You have the right to return damaged products; you can either return or exchange them if stock is available. Please note that some styles and products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Products like discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Details are available on the website, please read carefully before placing an order.
